Refund / Returns Policy
We have a 30-day returns/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
No returns/refunds for change of mind
To be eligible for returns/refund:
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- A short description of the fault and attach photos that show the faulty section of the item.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and in original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us - The customer is responsible for the return shipping, please provide the tracking number.
- Our quality control team will inspect the item based on the customer request. The case will then be processed to reach an outcome. In the event the customer may want the item back after an outcome has been reached, the customer will carry the re-shipping fee.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not return the item until advised to do so.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like an item that is ordered too small and then damaged due to incorrect size. Please check the size of the item before making a purchase, wrong size cannot be replaced or refunded.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to report the item you have, and once your case is accepted, you may be entitled for a store credit or a replacement of the same item (replacement shipping to be paid by the customer). We do not offer items exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve processed your case, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If your case is accepted, the customer will have the option to either issue a digital store credit or have the item replaced free of charge of the unit in question but where the customer is liable to pay the shipping replacement after negotiation with EI8HTH has been completed to outcome.
