All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment, you will then receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In some instances, we may encounter some potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Ei8HTH which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Typically Ei8HTH uses companies such as FedEx, DHL & CNE. In some cases, the last carrier involved with final delivery may be a local postal service depending on the final destination Country. Ei8HTH aims for 2 weeks or less to most places *Note due to shipping logistical operations beyond our control shipping times may be longer. In the event that shipping is more than 20 days please support@ei8hth.com or refer to your tracking number provided.

Incorrect Addresses: We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, EI8hth cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Customs: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ei8hth is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Authority To Leave: This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive the item. This means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. EI8HTH is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen.

Signature Release: We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel.
