What if I received a wrong item or faulty

We have a 30-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to report the item you have, and once your case is accepted, you may be entitled for a store credit or a replacement of the same item (replacement shipping to be paid by the customer). If garments don't fit properly can I return the item

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like a wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart.

It takes 7- 18 working days, depend on the destination country or remote locations.
